November 8, 2011	Hilco Streambank to Manage Sale of Touch Screen Patent Portfolio
	Hilco Streambank has been chosen by the Australian receiver KordaMentha to market and sell the intellectual property assets of RPO Pty. Ltd., an Australia based developer of new touch screen technology for the consumer electronics market. Asset include a patent portfolio relating to proprietary polymer materials, planar optical waveguides, RPO's optical-touch system called Digital Waveguide Touch(TM) and various touch screen system patents.
September 16, 2011	Borders to Sell Intellectual Property for $15.775 Million Following Successful Auction Conducted by Hilco Streambank
	Hilco Streambank, the intellectual property valuation and disposition arm of Hilco Trading, LLC, today said that the auction for the intellectual property of Borders, which was held on September 14, 2011, in New York City, resulted in the sale of various assets for $15,775,000. Multiple bidders, including Barnes & Noble and Berjaya Books, each acquired specific assets, which included a global portfolio of trademarks, the Borders, Waldenbooks and Brentano’s trade names, Internet domain names, and the Borders.com e-commerce website.
